When you ask for the guide or join the waitlist, your email address is stored, with the date and your country, so that the guide and the studio's updates can be sent to you. That is the only use. It is never sold or shared, and it is stored on Cloudflare's servers.
It is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted. You can access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to the address above. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
